Born and raised on Hilton Head Island South Carolina, Rachael moved to Eugene in the fall of 2016 after completing her undergraduate degree in Human Services at the University of South Carolina. Rachael Completed her RYT200 HR in March of 2018 under Jess Dion at Wild Light Yoga Center.
Outside of yoga, Rachael works in a variety of roles at local non profits throughout Eugene that support survivors of sexual assault, educating high school students through nutrition education, and supporting individuals who are going through a life threatening illness. She loves playing the ukulele and piano as well as attending various music and arts festivals throughout the Pacific North West.
I have learned that yoga has been a constant tool within my life that allows me to keep coming back home to myself and as an extra bonus, calms my nervous system!
