Immerse yourself in a transformative weekend retreat for women-identifying and nonbinary folk centered around sacred embodiment.

There is no greater teacher than our physical body.  It is the most honest, sincere, trustworthy, and wise voice that speaks to us.  When we can nourish what the body needs and honor what it knows, it becomes the vehicle of our liberation.

Held at picturesque Brasada Ranch in the high desert outside Bend, Oregon, we invite you to experience the power of community, ritual, and self-discovery.  Ana Forrest style morning yoga sessions will focus on accessing joy and vitality through backward bends and inversions, with options for all levels of adventure.  Meditation, breathwork and chanting will deepen your connection with your intuition.  Ceremony will help guide you to self-reflection and the inner awarenesses held safely in the grounded container of your body.

Sacred embodiment is the ultimate act of self-care and self-love.

Jess Dion is the owner of Wild Light Yoga Center and has been teaching yoga since 2008. She also holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology.  She believes that yoga is a path toward wholeness, authenticity, and enlightenment that is meant to be experienced within the body and guided by the breath.  Forrest style yoga sessions incorporate pranayama (breathwork) practices and a vinyasa-like flow with time to build toward and workshop more advanced poses.

Cynthia Healey is an integrative psychologist, energy medicine practitioner and Reiki master, founder of Dance Empowered, and both a student and teacher of nondual shaiva tantra and yoga for almost 30 years. She/they believes that all healing begins at the level of the body and that the path to liberation includes the integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves.

Wild Light Yoga Retreat
Friday, January 17th - Sunday, January 19th
Jackson Wellsprings Resort
**$199/$175 early bird through January 10th

Join us for our annual studio retreat at the incredible Jackson Wellsprings Resort outside of Ashland!  The theme of this year's retreat is Stalking Your Fear: Walking the Path of Embodiment and Authenticity.  Fear is our psyche's way of letting us know that we are in danger of stepping outside our comfort zone, pushing our boundaries, growing, and risking vulnerability, connection, shame, and failure.  If we disregard fear entirely, it shows up at the most inconvenient times and places; if we let it direct our ship, however, we miss the rich, vivid, wide open ocean of an authentic life.

Join us as we explore moving toward fear with awareness, intention, and equanimity in a connected community of like-minded practitioners of all ages and abilities.  Retreat elements include yoga asana, meditation, ceremony, healing touch, and yoga nidra with some of your favorite Wild Lights: Jess, Joey, Laura, Steve, and Russell!  Retreat participants also have access to the hot springs and sauna at the resort.  We begin at 5:30pm on Friday, January 17th and end at 5pm on Sunday, January 19th.  Full retreat schedule is available upon request and will be emailed to you with registration confirmation.  Contact Jess at jess@wildlightyogacenter.com with any questions.

**Lodging separate - we recommend checking out vrbo, airbnb or the myriad of bed and breakfasts available in nearby Ashland.
